    Pepper, black, 0.25 tbsp
    Capers, canned, 2 tbsp, drained
    Beef bouillon, 1 cube (6 fl oz prepared)
    Sofrito Sauce, 0.75 cup
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    Onions, raw, 2 large
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.50 cup, strips
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Flank Steak, 2.50 lb
    Green Olives, 226
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Sazón Goya (Coriander & Annatto), 1 tsp
    adobo goya, 0.25 tsp


Brown the meat after you season it with the Adobo. Remove and place in slow-cooker. Sautee onion and peppers until soft. Then add Sofrito and garlic and cook about 1 minute. Remove from pan and add to slow-cooker. Stir in 3 cups of water, tomato sauce, Sazon, beef boullion, olives, capers and pepper. Cook on low for 7 hours.
