    3/4 c olive oil
    1/2 c white vinegar
    1 t minced garlic
    1/2 t dried oregano
    1 T chopped parsley
    1 t salt
    1 t pepper


1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
2. Let sit 10-15 minutes; whisk before serving.
Store at room temperature, in airtight container.
