    1 cup Bulgur Wheat
    1 1/2 Boiling Water
    1 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/4 cup olive oil
    Dash of garlic powder to taste
    4 small fresh tomatoes, diced
    1 bunch Chopped fresh parsley
    2 bunches green onions chopped
    1 pkg sliced mushrooms
    1 large green peppers diced
    2 hard boiled eggs
    1/4 Feta Cheese


Pour boiling water over the bulgur wheat and sea salt. Cover bulgur wheat and let sit for for 30 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice, olive oil and garlic powder, chill for 2-3 hours. Add all other ingredients and chill.
