Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
    1/2 cup milk, powdered
    2 tbsp. Canola Oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and drop by spoonfuls into pan of stew. Cover and cook for 12-15 minutes or until dumplings are done.
