    1 c quick oats
    1 c 2% cottage cheese
    8 egg whites
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 T splenda
    1 tsp ground nutmeg
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 tsp ground cinnamon


Blend cottage cheese in food processor until smoother than original. Add rest of the ingredients, mix, and let sit for 5 minutes. Drop 1/3 cup batter into pan per pancake. Makes 9 pancakes.
