Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1/2 c. Egg Beaters (equiv. to 2 eggs)
    1 c. mashed bananas (approx. 3 bananas)
    1/3 c. Vegetable Oil
    1/4 c. Nonfat Milk
    2 c. Flour
    1 c. Splenda
    2 t. Baking Powder
    1/4 t. Salt
    1/4 c. Nestle Semi-Sweet Mini Morsels

Directions

Combine all wet ingredients. Add all dry ingredients, and mix until moist. Fill regular size muffin tins and bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
