    3/4 cup splenda
    3 tablsp cornstarch
    3 tablsp cocoa
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 1/2 cups skim milk
    1/2 cup fat free evaporated milk
    2 oz milk chocolate morsels (about 1/4 cup)
    1 tsp vanilla extract


combine first 4 ingredients in a medium heavy saucepan; stir with a whisk. Gradually add skim milk and evaporated milk stirring with a whisk. Bring to a boil over med-high heat stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute or until thick. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted and combined. Stir in vanilla. Divide into 6 ramekins. Cover the surface with plastic wrap. Chill at least 4 hours. Remove plastic wrap, top with reduced fat cool whip if desired.
