    4 chicken breast halves
    4 Tbsp cheddar cheese
    garlic powder
    heavy duty toothpicks
    1/2 c flour for dredging
    1 egg white
    1 c vegetable oil


1. Heat oil in a skillet.
2. Beat chicken breasts as flat as possible.
3. Sprinkle breasts with garlic powder and pepper, and place cheese in a line in middle of the breast.
4. Fold chicken like a half-sandwich and secure with a toothpick.
5. Dip chicken in egg whites and dredge through flour.
6. Cook in oil until completely done on both sides and throughout. Cheese will be gooey... so becareful!! :)
