    8 sheets phyillo dough
    1 1/2 C fat free chicken broth
    1 C. fat free milk
    1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast cut in to bite size pieces
    1/3 C flour
    4 tbs. Olive Oil
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tbs. parsley
    1 tsp. sage
    fresh ground black pepper to taste
    11/4 c. fresh green beans
    1 c. zucchini cut into bite size pieces
    1 med. yello squash cut into bite size pieces
    3/4 c chopped onion
    3/4 c baby carrots cut into pieces
    3/4 chopped celery
    1/4 c. parmesan cheese
    2 cloves garlic, chopped


preheat oven to 350 and spray the bottom of a 3 qt. baking dish. in a large skillet, heat 2 tbs. olive oil on med - high heat. Add chicken, season w/ half of salt and pepper, and cook for 8 min. turning half way through. reove chicken to plate, Put remaining oil in skillet and add onion and celery. cook 3 min. add in garlic and flour and cook till flour is browned. Slowly add chicken broth and milk, and bring to boil. Add in other vegetables, rest of salt and pepper and cook covered for ten minutes.
Add in sage, parsley and chicken. Remove from heat. Place four sheets of Phyillo into bottom of baking dish, spraying lightly with cooking spray between sheets. Pour in chicken & veg. mixture.
Place a single sheet of phyillo dough over mixture, spray lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle with 1 tbps. of parmesan cheese. Repeat with remaining phyillo and cheese until used up. Tuck edges of dough over pan edges. Place the dison a cookie sheet and bake for 35 to 40 min. until mixture is bubbly.
