    2 Cups Water
    2 Cans Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
    1 Cup Long Grain Brown Rice,
    1 Cup Wild Rice
    1/2 Cup Split Peas
    1/2 Cup Red Kidney Beans
    1/2 Cup Lentils
    1/2 Cup Pinto Beans
    1/2 Cup Navy Beans
    1/2 Cup Cranberry Beans


Put the lentils, peas and beans in a crock pot, add any herbs and seasonings you would like (curry to make it more indian, nutmeg for a more middle eastern flair). Cook in the crock pot on low for 12 hours or until the beans are done. Add rice and cook on high for an additional hour.

Check at 6 hours for fluid level, you may need more.
