Introduction

Super-easy sweet & Sour sauce to put over chicken, vegetables, tofu, anything you can think of. Super-easy sweet & Sour sauce to put over chicken, vegetables, tofu, anything you can think of.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    * Pineapple Juice, 1/2 cup
    * Cornstarch, 1 tbs
    * Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    * Brown Sugar, 1/4 cup, packed
    * Ginger, ground, 1/4 tsp
    * Ketchup, 1/2 cup
    * Vinegar, 1/4 cup

Directions

Makes about 12 servings.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add to a hot pan of chicken, vegetables, or stir fry. (Or add to a sauce pan by itself.)

Heat until thickened, just before boiling.

    2-3? I just use a little bit when I am eating this on something. A little does go a long way.

    Incredible!
    This was great! We love sweet and sour, but you know how restaurants are. Anyway, would put a tich less vinegar I think, but great stuff. - 11/11/11
