These amazing muffins really are blue! These amazing muffins really are blue!
Number of Servings: 18


    1 cup flour
    1 cup wheat flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1 cup milk
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    2 bananas mashed
    C frozen blueberries, defrosted
    1/2 C dry oatmeal


Mix together dry ingredients first, then add wet ones. When mixed together, the batter will appear blue. Pour into muffin tins. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
Makes 18 muffins.
