Introduction

Baked chicken, potatoes, and carrots with onion soup mix Baked chicken, potatoes, and carrots with onion soup mix

Ingredients

    1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast cut in chunks
    2 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
    2 large or 3 small carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
    1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix (dry)
    2-3 tbs vegetable oil

Directions

Peel veggies and cut everything into large chunks.
Combine vegetable oil and soup mix in a baking dish, add meat and vegetables, and mix until coated.
Bake at 425 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Makes 2 servings.
