    1 head green cabbage, shredded (about 8 cups)
    1/4 head purple cabbage, shredded (about 2 cups)
    1/2 cup pecan halves
    1/2 cup dried cranberries (craisins)

    1/2 cup Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil
    1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
    3 tsp. sugar


Whisk together dressing ingredients until sugar dissolves

In a large bowl pour dressing over shredded cabbages and mix well until coated.
Sprinkle pecans and dried cranberries over top and mix in.

Serve immediately for a crisp cole slaw or refrigerate for an hour for a softer cole slaw.

Yield- about 11 one cup servings
