    600g Lean ground beef
    1/2 Capsicum or red pepper, finely chopped
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2T parsley, finely chopped
    2t coriander
    2t minced ginger
    2T moroccan seasoning
    1 Egg

    8 Burger buns


Mix together the ground beef, capsicum, onion, parsley, corriander, ginger and seasoning. Add the egg and mix until combined. Form into 8 patties.

Grill the patties for 5 min each side

While the patties are grilling, halve the burger buns and toast lightly. Slice the tomatos - about two slices per burger. Rip the lettuce leaves also.

Once the burger patties are done, assemble the burgers

Spare burger patties can be frozen before or after cooking
