A weekly staple in my house. A weekly staple in my house.
Number of Servings: 6


    dry ingredients:
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup 5 grain cereal
    4 tsp baking powder
    1/4 cup brown sugar

    wet ingredients:
    1 egg
    1 egg white, beaten till foamy
    1 1/2 cups Skim Plus milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/4 cup canola oil

    1 cup frozen blueberries (thawed)


Combine dry ingredients in large bowl
Whisk together wet ingredients in medium bowl
combine wet and dry ingredients using whisk
Add more milk if necessary
Fold in blueberries.

Pour 1/3 cup onto prepared griddle (use Pam if necessary)
cook on each side for approximately 4 minutes each
Makes 6 servings (2 pancakes)
