Ingredients

    1.0 cup La Victoria Enchilada Sauce
    1.0 cup Tomato Sauce
    12.0 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) Corn Tortillas
    16.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1.0 cup Bush's Pinto Beans
    4.0 serving Black Pearl's Large Black Olives (4 olives)
    3.0 cup *Kraft Natural Cheese Fat Free Shredded Cheddar

Directions

brown turkey, add tomato sauce, enchilada sauce, beans, Coat bottom with meat sauce, layer tortillas, meat sauce, cheese, repeat layers, top ending with cheese , olives, green onions . Bake at 350 for 1 hour Serve with low fat sour cream and salsa

    I used tomato bisque in a can since it has no high fructose corn syrup in it! And I use white corn tortillas instead of yellow corn. - 9/29/11
