    *Chicken of the Sea Light Tuna in water, 15 oz
    Saltine Crackers (Saltines), 8 crackers, crushed
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 3 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp


Mix ingredients together and divide into six equal parts. Spray large skillet with nonstick spray, let heat to med-high. Drop by portions into pan, forming into a patty approximately 3/4 inch thick. Let brown on each side. Serves 6.
