    10 oz package frozen spinach,
    10 oz turkey sausage
    16 oz 2% Velveeta
    10 oz rotel


Thaw spinach in a microwave. Drain well and squeeze dry.

Cook sausage in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain.

Combine cheese and rotel in a 2 qt microwave safe bowl. Microwave uncovered for 5 minutes or until cheese melts, stirring after 2 minutes.

Add sausage and spinach to cheese mixture; stirl well. Microwave for 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

serving size is 1/4 Cup.
