Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can fat free refried beans
    1 jar of ChiChis Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa
    1 tsp of chili powder
    1 tsp cumin
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 cup of Fat Free Kraft Cheddar Shredded Cheese
    8 Whole Grain Chi-Chi's Faajita Style Tortillas

Directions

1. Combine refried beans and salsa into food processor and pulse until smooth.
2. Transfer bean & salsa mixture into sauce pan. Add chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder.
3. On medium heat, heat mixture until it begins to bubble. Add chese and stir until smooth.
4. Heat tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds on a microwave safe plate.
5. put approximately 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp bean mixture onto a tortilla, wrap toritlla by folding in two ends and then rolling, Enjoy.

Side Note: these also freeze well. For freezing, place each tortilla onto a piece of wax paper. Put bean mixture onto the tortilla. Wrap tortilla then wrap the wax paper in the same way (fold in two ends and then roll. This usually works best if burrito is on the end of the wax paper that you start rolling with.). Freeze. When ready to eat, take out of the freezer and put into the microwave for 2.-3 min. You can also heat in the oven by wrapping in aluminum foil first and heating at 450 for 15-20 minuntes.
