    16 oz carton egg substitute
    1 cup 2% shredded mexican cheese
    1 - 12 oz can fat free evaporated milk
    1 - 20 oz pkg shredded hash brown potatoes (simply potatoes or similar brand)
    2 tbsp minced dried onion
    1 - 12 oz pkg cubed ham
    3 tbsp real bacon bits
    3 tbsp dried green bell pepper
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray 9x13 cake or baking pan with cooking spray.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Pour mixture into sprayed pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until set. Check if done by inserting table knife in the middle of the pan. If the knife comes out clean, casserole is done.

Serve hot.

1/8 pan per serving.
