Introduction

This is just a basic roux with sugar and cocoa added to. I added yogurt because it just happened to be in the fridge, and it turned out nice. You can also add any other flavoring you like, such as espresso, vanilla, orange, mint, etc... This is just a basic roux with sugar and cocoa added to. Ingredients

    butter, flour, milk, sugar, cocoa powder, yogurt

Directions

melt butter in saucepan, add flour, cook for one minute. Add milk, and whisk. Add sugar & cocoa powder. Continue to whisk. It will thicken within a couple minutes. Once thickened, turn off heat and stir in yogurt. Voila.
