    1 cup cottage cheese
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    3 tbsp sugar substitute
    12 oz fat free cream cheese
    1 cup egg whites

    optional ready graham crust (not incl in nutrition data)


makes 8 svgs

preheat oven to 350
spoon cottage cheese into blender..blend on high for 30 seconds. add cream cheese and blend 30 more seconds on high.

scrape down sides then add sugar sub and vanilla then blend on med while gradually adding eggs for 45 seconds

pour cheese filling into pie pan or crust and bake for 30 min.

cool for 30 min

refridgerate for 2 hours before serving.

Enjoy w berries and fat free whipped cream.. or drizzle with peanut butter sauce.
