    1/2 C frozen mango
    1/2 C frozen mixed berries
    6 frozen strawberries
    1/2 C fit and active plain nonfat yogurt
    1/4 C skim milk
    1 t splenda


Microwave frozen fruit for 30 seconds on high. Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth (to desired consistency) about 1 minute on high. Enjoy!
