Introduction

Delicious sauce with turkey, chicken or pork.

Ingredients

    a little butter
    1 onion (shallott)
    1 hot chili pepper
    3 dl orange juice
    3 dl chicken stock
    1 tsp orange peel
    3 dl creme fraiche
    salt + white pepper

Directions

Melt butter, gently simmer onion until see-through. Add chili pepper, juice and stock. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Just before serving, add orange peel and creme fraiche and re-heat gently.
