Ingredients

    Mahi Mahi Treasures from the sea, 8 oz
    Brown Sugar, 4 tsp unpacked
    Soy sauce lite La Choy, 2 tbsp
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp grated
    Divide soy mixture & reserve half for basting. Put balance of mixture in plastic bag, add fish & coat well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Put in oven on 400 degrees & bake for 10 to 15 minutes basting throughout with reserved liquid.
