    2 Tbl olive oil
    1.5 cup onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium zucchini or yellow squash, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1 (14.5 oz) cans canned, peeled and diced tomatoes
    1 (15 oz) can 100% pumpkin
    1 (15 oz) can canned black beans
    1 (15) can canned kidney beans
    1/2 cup whole kernel corn
    1 Tbl. chili powder, or more
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper


Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add onion, bell pepper, garlic and squash; cook stirring frequently for 5 to 7 minutes or until tender.
Add tomatoes with juice, pumpkin, beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper and red pepper.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook stirring occasionally for 30 minutes.
WW 1 pt per 1/2 cup
Add a cup or more of water if needed.
