    Tofu, extra firm, 1 block
    Flour, white, .33 cup
    Braggs All Purpose Liquid Soy Seasoning, 3 tsp
    Olive Oil, .5 tbsp
    Dijon Mustard, 1.5 tsp


Mix bragg's, oil and dijon in a bowl. Slice tofu block into 20 slices. Dip each slice in sauce, let excess drip off, then roll in flour. Place on baking sheet, cook at 350 for 10 - 15 minutes.
