This cereal bar makes a delicious breakfast on the go or anytime snack. This cereal bar makes a delicious breakfast on the go or anytime snack.

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups Raisin Bran cereal, crushed
    1/4 cup flax seed meal
    1 cup old fashioned oatmeal
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
    1/2 cup Splenda or other sugar substitute
    1/3 cup honey
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Mix cereal, flax, and spices in a bowl.
In a saucepan, bring milk, Splendar, peanut butter and honey to a boil. Boil for 1 minute before removing from heat.
Immediately add vanilla and cereal mix. Mix well.
Pour onto cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
Cover with another piece of wax paper.
Flatten with a rolling pin, drinking glass, or hands, packing tightly.
Cool completely, then cut into 24 squares.
Seal in a container with an airtight lid.
