    4 cans of Alymer's Diced Tomatoes and Chilis
    1 can of Green Giant Corn Niblets
    3 celery stalks
    1 garlic clove
    585g of lean ground beef
    485g of extra lean minced turkey
    2 bell peppers
    2 cups 9 Bean Soup Mix


-soak beans in water at least 12hrs, rinse.
-bring beans to a boil and cook on med heat for 1hr, drain and add to crockpot.
-Brown beef and turkey in pan and add to crockpot.
-Fry or steam garlic, celery and peppers until soft then add to crockpot.
-Add corn niblets and tomatoes with chilis to crockpot.
-Cook 4hrs.
-1 serving is 1 cup
