    95g onion, chopped
    120g mushrooms, chopped
    115g tomatoes, chopped
    2 large basil leaves, chiffonaded
    7 large eggs
    1/2 c lactose free milk
    cooking spray
    2 slices sargento reduced fat swiss cheese


Cook veggies in cooking spray until soft. Scramble egs and milk together, then pour into pan. Stir until well mixed. Add cheese, and stir well into eggs. Cook until eggs are no longer runny.
