Introduction

Made in a crock pot; in last 15 min. add rice and voila' you have a ready made dinner! Made in a crock pot; in last 15 min. add rice and voila' you have a ready made dinner!

Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts, deboned & skinned
    1-2 cans Hatch Green Chile Enchilada Sauce (14 oz)
    1 can Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
    Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice, 1 c uncooked
    1 t. garlic powder
    1 t. onion powder
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Put chicken breasts, enchilada sauce and chicken broth in crock pot. Add spices, if desired, and stir. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hrs on low or 6-8 hrs on high. Half hour before ready to eat, add instant rice and stir. Cover again. When rice is done, it's ready to serve. Servings 4. Store remainder in fridge.
