    meat sauce:
    Jenny O Ground Turkey, 34 oz, cooked and drained
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cups, slices
    Italian seasoning
    sweet raw onion, 1 cup
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    # kroger fat free cream cheese, 1 pkg
    # Milk, nonfat, 3 cups
    Greek Yogurt, Plain, Non Fat, 1.25 C

    Spinach, fresh, 1.5 cup
    lasagna noodles, 8 serving (not cooked)
    hunts garlic and herb, 1 cup

    Cheese mixture:
    # western family parmesan cheese, 1/2 C
    # cheese - ricotta, low fat precious brand, 1 large carton
    # Home Dairies Nonfat Cottage Cheese, 2 cups
    # *Mozzarela Part-Skim 1/3 cup, 4 serving


In a large bowl combine cooked turkey, mushrooms, onions, 1/2 garlic and stir. In another large bowl combine cottage cheese, ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese. Add parsley and basil as desired.
In a blender combine the milk, cream cheese, other half of garlic and parmesan. Blend till thickening and warm. Pour over meat mixture, stir.
In a 9x13 pan, pour the tomato sauce. Layer with lasagna noodles then the cheese mixture. Place half the spinach over that, then a layer of lasagna noodles. Then the meat sauce, noodles, cheese, spinach, noodles. End with the meat sauce on top. (you might have excess cheese left over) Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake for 1 hour. If it's browning too much, cover with foil. Cut into 15 servings.
