    Beef, top sirloin, 16 oz
    Pork Tenderloin, 16 oz
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
    Tomato Sauce, 2 cup
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp


Stir-fry onions and peppers in 1 tbls. butter. Add ground meat and cook until browned - almost done. Then add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 2 hours.
