    1 Boboli whole wheat pizza crust
    1 pkg (10 oz) frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
    1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
    1/2 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
    1 cup thinly sliced baby bella mushrooms
    3/4 cup Muir Glen tomato basil pasta sauce
    1 cup part skim shredded mozarella cheese
    1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
    1 tsp salt free Italian seasoning
    1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (or to taste)
    2 cloves garlic, minced


Spread pizza crust with pasta sauce. Top with veggies, garlic, seasonings, and cheeses. Bake according to package directions. 4 servings, 2 slices each.
