Number of Servings: 6


    Bouillon cubes 2 chicken flavored
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
    Carrots, raw, 4 large chopped
    Mushrooms, canned, .5 cup
    Peas, frozen, .5 cup
    Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice, 1 cup
    Water 12 cups


Parboil chicken breasts in 6 cups of water then cool shread chicken add chicken and water to crockpot with carrots peas mushrooms and rice bouillon cubes and 6 more cups of water cook on high for 4 hours about 2 cup servings

Can also be fixed on stove top just cook chicken first and shread add the rest of the ingredients and cook until carrots are tender

You could also sub. rice for whole grain brown rice noodles
