    * Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed) 25% Less Sodium, 2.5 cup
    * Perdue Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, All Natural, 1 filet, 4.8 oz., 2 serving
    * Frozen Broccoli Cuts, 2.5 cup
    * Hellman's Real Mayonnaise, 3 tbsp
    * Mild Cheddar Cheese (Shredded), 1 cup
    * No Yolks Cholesterol Free Egg White Pasta, 4 oz


-Boil Noodles as directed
-Boil chicken breast until done and drain
-When cool enough to handle, cut chicken into 1-inch pieces
-In a square or round casserole dish, mix mayo and soup
-Add broccoli and chicken and mix well
-Sprinkle with cheese
-Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serves 6

  • I skipped the mayo and used cream of broccoli soup instead. I also used whole wheat pasta, and it turned out good. The kids love cheddar, pasta, and broccoli, so it was a sure-thing! - 2/8/11
