Ingredients

    5 Medium Carrots, peeled, sliced about 2 inches long, and cut into 4's lenghtwise
    Water
    2 T Light Butter
    Seasonings to taste
    (may include basil, thyme, salt, pepper, and/or ginger, not included in nutritional information)

Directions

Place carrots in a pot with about half an inch of water
Cover tightly and steam on low until cooked to desired tenderness, stir occasionally
Melt butter and add seasonings to it
Pour over carrots and toss
