    Three packages of Graham crackers, finely crushed
    1 cup melted butter
    3/4 cup sugar

    3 packages cream cheese-or neufchatel cheese
    16 oz Cool Whip
    1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

    1-2 cans pie filling (calculated with 2)


Crush grahams, add butter and sugar. Press into a large cookie sheet.

Mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar, add in Cool Whip. Spread over graham cracker crust.

Top with pie filling. Refrigerate.

Cut 4x7--These are big pieces. Can easily make this into more servings.
