Number of Servings: 4


    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 pkg taco seasoning
    2 cups water
    1 pkg Kraft Mac & Cheese dinner
    1/3c FF Sour Cream
    1 large tomato, diced
    2 green onions, sliced thin
    1c shredded lettuce
    1/2c crushed tortilla chips


In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion; drain fat. Return meat to skillet and add water, taco seasoning and pasta. Cover and cook for 7 minutes or until pasta is tender and most of the water has been absorbed. Turn heat to low. Stir in sour cream, cheese mix, tomatoes and green onions. Mix well. Top with shredded lettuce and crushed chops. Serve.

**You can also top this dish with your favorite taco fixings - taco sauce, peppers, etc. Diced chicken or ground turkey could be substituted for the beef.
