Ingredients

    Red kidney beans
    ground beef, lean (sauteed with some fat drained off)
    tomato paste
    diced tomatoes
    spices

Directions

Makes about 5 1 cup servings.

Combine all ingredients in an appropriately sized slow cooker, making sure to brown the beef before adding it to the crock pot.

Cook slowly for hours and when ready the meat will be super tender.
