    *Pork, fresh, loin, center loin (chops), bone-in, separable lean and fat, cooked, broiled, 3 oz
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Chili powder, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    *Onion powder, 1 tsp


Mix spices together and roll pork chop in mixture. Place under broiler in oven 7 minutes on one side and 8 minutes on the other side.
