    3.5 c white whole wheat flour
    2 c. granulated sugar
    4 large eggs or 8 egg whites
    1 29 oz can pumpkin
    1 c. applesauce
    4 t. pumpkin pie spice
    1 t. salt
    2 t. baking soda
    2 t. baking powder
    2/3 c. orange juice


Mix together well. Place in muffin cups filled 2/3 of the way filled. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
