Ingredients

    1 c. chopped onion
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    4 c. (32 fl. oz.) Kitchen Basics Unsalted Vegetable Stock
    1 can Hunts Diced Tomatoes, Roasted Garlic
    1 can sliced carrots
    1 can no salt cut green beans
    9.5 oz. ground beef, cooked, 80/20%
    1 c. diced zucchini
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    2 c. fresh, sliced spinach

Directions

On low heat, saute onion and garlic until soft. Add the remaining ingredients except spinach; bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add spinach and cook 5-10 additional minutes.
