    ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, milk, worceshershire sauce, egg,


saute onions in oil, mix egg, milk and bread crumbs together. add beef and onions, salt and pepper, shape into 8 equal balls, flatten out into patties, place a good sized thumbprint in each, cook in pan with a little oil thumb print side up. Brown on one side, then flip, add water, cover and cook until water boils off, finish browning, remove. Add ketchup and worcestershire sauce to pan and cook until bubbly...serve over rice with hamburger patties.
