Ingredients

    1.5 lbs ground turkey
    3/4 cup chopped zucchini
    3/4 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/3 cup chopped green pepper
    2 carrots (shredded)
    2 cups water
    1 package taco seasoning
    1 can of each:
    pinto beans
    kidney beans
    black beans
    great northern beans
    yellow corn
    diced tomatoes

Directions

Makes 10 (1 cup) servings

Brown turkey
Add onions and shredded carrots
Pour cooked turkey and all other ingredients into a large pot
Cook on high until boiling, reduce heat and cook on low--med for 30 to 40 minutes.

Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream, and shredded cheese on top.
