Introduction

I had been wanting a new way to try canned salmon that maybe my kids will eat it. They are 5 and 6 right now and don't like the fishiness of salmon patties. Maybe this will be different enough. Ingredients

    - 1/2 C of egg substitute like Aldi's Fit and Active Liquid cind
    -1/2 C skim milk, fat free
    -1.5 oz chopped/diced green onions
    -a dash or so of salt
    -1/4 t ground black pepper
    -1 t garlic powder
    -a dash or two of worcestershire sauce
    -1 can, 14.75 oz, pink salmon, I used Chicken of the Sea
    -1/2 C or about 15 Zesta Wheat crackers (like saltines), crushed up
    -2 cap fulls or about 2 t lemon juice

Directions

--Mix all ingredients in a med. to large bowl. Make sure to crush up the bones of the salmon. Pour into a lightly sprayed loaf pan and cook at 350 degrees for 40-45 min..

--Makes 8 servings when sliced into 8 equal pieces
