LOVE this rice!! use it with Mexican chicken!!! LOVE this rice!! use it with Mexican chicken!!!

Ingredients

    1 cup brown long grain rice
    1 can no salt added tomatoes
    1/2 large onion
    2 jalapeno peppers
    1 tbs chili powder
    1 tsp cumin
    1tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

boil water for rice.

chop onion and jalapenos

when water is boiling, dump rice, can of tomatoes, and chopped veggies into the pan.

boil for 45 minutes.

makes 4 servings.
