    1/4 cup coconut flour
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    3 eggs
    1/4 cup erythritol
    3 tbsp applesauce
    1 tbsp butter
    1 tbsp lemon zest/lemon juice
    1 tbsp poppy seeds


Combine, blend, fold in poppy seeds
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes
