    *Flour, white, 1.33 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, .5 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .125 tsp (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Milk, 1%, 1 fl oz (remove)

    Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)
    Chili powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Ginger, ground, .5 tsp (remove)

    *Soup - Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 cup (remove)


1. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder
2. Add in 1 Tbsp, butter and milk to make thick dough.
3. Roll out dough VERY thin on floured surface. and Slice into 10 Strips 3"x8".
4. Cook Vegetables w/ 2 Tbsp. Butter and Herbs until softened.
5. Spoon 1 Tbsp, of Veggie into center of dough strips; fold to form triangle. Use a little bit of water to seal the endges closed.
6. Heat 2 Cups of vegetable oil until VERY hot. Fry vegetable fritter for 2-3 minutes per side until light browned. Let dry over papertowels.
7. Drizzle with mushroom soup and enjoy!

Serves 5 servings of 2 fritters!
